Zephyr Aviation does not accept payments, sell subscriptions, offer free trials, process in-app purchases, or complete paid transactions directly through this website. Accordingly, these Terms do not include website-payment, subscription-renewal, automatic-billing, online-refund, app-store, or e-commerce checkout provisions.

Any amounts owed for flight instruction, aircraft rental, ground instruction, materials, deposits, cancellation fees, no-show fees, aircraft damage, or other services are governed by separate written agreements, invoices, posted policies, or the terms of the applicable third-party scheduling or payment platform.

5. Aviation Services Require Separate Approval and Documentation
